How "The Golden Age" changed Society

I believe that the most significant change that happened to the social life of Canadians in the 1920s would be the fact that there was really no low class the war had left everybody with some money meaning everybody was buying products and items that would improve life like automatic toaster electricly operated.

Vimy Ridge The Most Important?

I believe that the most important battle for the "Candian Identity"was Vimy Ridge. I think it was the most important because it was the first time people from across the country fought together against a common enemy. Also it proved that Canada was able of taking care of itself as the battle was led by a Canadian commander. And at the same time of all of this Canadians proved that we a dominion no longer and should be treated as such. Those reasons are why Vimy Ridge was a great turning point in history for Canada as a COUNTRY.
